Repairs and Replacement
If you hire equipment and an item goes faulty, your dedicated account manager will be able to assist you with a replacement item immediately.
Under the hire contract, we will cover electrical faults and battery replacement. However, we provide an advanced replacement regardless of fault.
We will arrange delivery of the replacement unit, and collection of the faulty unit via our next day delivery service.
Upon inspection of the faulty equipment we will issue a report, outlining the fault and if there is a cost associated with it. Faults not covered include liquid ingress and misuse.
If the fault is reported to us by 2pm we will aim to ship an item the same day for next working day delivery.
All associated carriage costs are covered by the hire agreement.
