With every hire contract, Contact Radio assign a dedicated account manager that will be with you through every step of the hire period.
If you have any queries, need assistance with a system, unsure of coverage area, have an invoice query they will be on hand to help out. They will also be able to arrange a site trial or loan of equipment to carry out a trial if necessary.
For extra peace of mind we provide an out of working hours email address as standard, and contact number upon request.
If you require on-site support during an event we can provide an engineer that can provide the assistance required – to include spare stock such as earpieces, batteries, radios etc. meaning you are covered for any eventuality.
We also make regular licence requests with Foreign Radio Agencies, so if you have an event taking place outside of the UK we can assist with making sure the radio system meets the regulations and criteria of where it's going to be used.
